These rules apply! This page will always be updated with the most recent set of rules. If you follow the rules on this page, you will never get in trouble.

The admin has the final word. There are currently two admins (owners) on the server (Hejgaard and Laughingghost) - they are red in the chat.

Use your common sense.

Any kind of stealing will result in a permanent ban!

Should you experience any issues, don't hesitate to contact an admin for help (they usually don't bite!).
Server rules
Banned blocks
The following items are not accessible to our players. Items end up on this list if they are known to cause server lag/issues. Should any of these items be found, they will be removed without notice.

If you are in doubt, always contact an admin!
Setting up a base
We still have plenty of unexplored areas for you to build on, so our building restrictions a very few.

Ask before claiming land! Can't find anyone to ask? Use common sense.

If you are building close to someone else, talk to your neighbor before setting up your base! The person might have plans for that specific piece of land.

We don't expect you to be an architect but if you claim a good spot, try and put some effort into making it nice! In the end though, it's your home, so you should put just as much effort into it as you like.

Team up! This might not be a rule, but building together is fun. Find someone on the server to build with. Sharing resources can be really handy and making new friends is what this is all about!

We have a world limit on 2000x2000 blocks, it is not possible for players to exceed this limit. Don't worry, all biomes are present!

All personal buildings/bases must be named with a sign so we know who lives where.
Behavior
This section is most likely not needed, but now it's said.

Watch your language! Both on TeamSpeak and in game. You are playing with mature, friendly and nice people, be like that too. Offensive behavior will no be tolerated and will result in a permanent kick from the server.

We have never had issues with this, don't be the first.
Mining world
To prevent lag, the creation of new Mystcraft worlds is not allowed. We are providing a mining world (Mystcraft age) with dense ores where players are allowed to use Quarries to mine. Quarries are only allowed in the mining world! At the moment, Quarries can only be placed by admins, so please contact an admin if you want to set up a Quarry. In addition to the mining world, we provide access to infinite water and lava in the overworld.
